The Works

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting your General Manager in running smooth shifts, building great guest experiences, and leading a vibrant team with confidence.

  • This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be:
  • Coaching and supporting your team to be their best
  • Driving great service and energy on the floor
  • Helping with rotas, stock, training, and team development
