We’re now looking for a Relief General Manager to support our teams across all locations, ensuring consistency, quality and great leadership wherever needed.

The Role
As Relief General Manager, you’ll play a vital part in the success of our Herringbone venues, stepping in to support and lead the team in the absence of a GM, during periods of transition or while covering for leave.

You’ll bring a calm, professional presence and lead by example to ensure service standards, team engagement and profitability remain consistently high — no matter which location you’re in.

The Works
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager
• Supporting teams across North Berwick and Goldenacre with strong leadership
• Maintaining high standards in service, safety, and compliance
• Helping to drive profitability and team performance
• Upholding the Herringbone atmosphere and community spirit in every shift
• Collaborating with the senior team to implement brand and operational standards

What We’re Looking For
• Previous GM or senior leadership experience in a quality, service-led venue
• A calm, adaptable manager who thrives in new environments
• A strong communicator with a people-first approach
• Commercially aware with an eye for detail and consistency
• Passionate about hospitality and comfortable leading both FOH and BOH teams
