The Works
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting the General Manager in the smooth, profitable running of the venue. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and make sure every guest leaves feeling great.

In this role, you will:
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Motivate and coach the team to reach their full potential
• Maintain high standards in quality, service, safety, and compliance
• Handle guest feedback and challenges with professionalism and care
• Bring our Buzzworks Core Values to life, every shift

You Are:
• A natural leader who builds trust and inspires confidence
• Guest-focused, positive, and calm under pressure
• A strong communicator and problem solver
• Experienced in hospitality management, or ready to take the next step
