The Works

As Deputy Manager at Vic’s & The Vine, you’ll be right at the heart of a fast-paced, vibrant venue. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help lead the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure every shift runs smoothly.

You’ll support the day-to-day operation of the venue while helping develop the team and maintain the high standards Buzzworks is known for.

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the General Manager in the smooth and profitable running of the venue
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
• Motivate, train and develop the team to reach their full potential
• Maintain high standards in quality, service, safety and compliance
• Handle challenges and guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
• Bring the Buzzworks values to life on every shift
