We’re looking for a hands-on, practical Maintenance Person who takes pride in getting stuck in, solving problems, and supporting our venues day to day. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same.

The Works

As a Maintenance Person, you’ll play a key role in keeping our venues safe, compliant and looking their best.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks including:

• Basic electrical repairs and fault finding
• Basic plumbing work
• Basic joinery and general repairs
• Planned and reactive maintenance across venues
• Supporting venue teams with day-to-day maintenance issues

This is a role where you’ll need to be comfortable getting stuck into whatever is needed on the day, including:

• Washing out bins and maintaining back of house areas
• Clearing car parks and external spaces
• General upkeep of buildings and surroundings
• Supporting with larger maintenance jobs
• Responding to urgent issues, from leaks to roof repairs

Who We’re Looking For

• Brings a solid all-round understanding of maintenance and handyman tasks
• Enjoys being on the move, jumping between jobs and solving problems quickly
• Takes real pride in fixing issues efficiently and keeping venues smart, safe and guest-ready
• Has a strong work ethic with a no job too small attitude
• Is organised and able to manage tasks across multiple venues
• Communicates well with teams and managers
• Is flexible and happy working across different locations
• Clean Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
