The Work:

As a Junior Sous you will work alongside senior chefs and manage your own section during busy service, and help more junior members of the team.  You will be focused on your future and foster a consistent and positive approach to work. You are an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and thrive on new challenges. You value hard work and are always looking for ways to improve. You understand the importance of working in a fast-paced environment and recognise that this job is just the beginning of your journey with Buzzworks.
