The Works

As Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind the Herringbone bar, combining technical knowledge with top-tier service and genuine hospitality. From seasonal cocktails to perfectly poured pints, your attention to detail and leadership will help create a bar experience that keeps our guests coming back.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating your bar team
• Maintaining consistency in drink quality, speed and service
• Managing stock, back-bar organisation and cleanliness
• Supporting hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
• Working alongside the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
• Contributing to a positive, laid-back but professional team culture

• Experienced in bar service within a fast-paced venue
• Passionate about drinks, people, and hospitality
• A calm, confident leader with an eye for detail and a love for great presentation
• Organised, efficient and guest-focused
